Welcome to XPaper. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the XPaper mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use XPaper strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control.
2. User Content & Local Studio
The App includes a "Studio" tool that allows you to convert your own videos into Live Photo wallpapers:
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and process any video files you import into the App.
- You agree not to process any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, copyright-infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Because video conversions are executed entirely locally on your device, we hold no responsibility or liability for any content you process, generate, or store using the App.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features of the App require a paid PRO subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a weekly or yearly basis through your iTunes Account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes Account Settings. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current term.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit these restrictions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
